Create an automated email sequence

A sequence automatically sends a series of emails to each person who triggers it.

1. Open Email › Sequences and click New sequence.
2. Choose the trigger: new contact, new customer, product purchased, course enrolment, order completed, abandoned cart, or manual.
3. Add your steps: Email (with its send delay), Condition (opened or clicked the previous email, has a tag…), A/B test or Delay.
4. Set the sequence to Active: while it's a draft, it enrols nobody.

The Runs tab shows each person's journey and any errors, with a button to retry.

Number of sequences by plan: 1 (Free), 3 (Essentiel), unlimited (Pro and Business).
