Your buyers' customer area

After buying, your customers find everything in their customer area: their courses (with progress), files to download, orders with invoice, tracking number and withdrawal, and their reviews.

Passwordless login

The customer enters their email and receives a 6-digit code, valid for 15 minutes. They then stay logged in for 30 days.

Customise the customer area

• In Customer portal: portal name, logo, main colour and link to your privacy policy (shown under the login form).
• Open the editor to change its layout in the site editor.
• Customer portal › Emails: customise the login code email, purchase confirmation and review request (subject, title, message, button).
