Manage contacts and segments

The Contacts menu gathers everyone who left their email: newsletter sign-up, contact or other form, purchase, appointment, or manual addition. For each: name, email, tags, subscription status and source.

• Add a contact: first name, last name, email, phone and tags.
• Add or remove tags to organise your contacts.
• New segment: a group defined by conditions (has a tag, subscribed for X days, is subscribed, source). Segments are used as newsletter recipients.

Number of contacts by plan: 100 (Free), 1,000 (Essentiel), 10,000 (Pro), unlimited (Business). You are notified by email at 80% and 100%.
