The dashboard and the setup checklist

The Dashboard is your project's home page. It brings together two cards that help you get started.

Your plan

The “Your plan” card shows your usage: active participants, contacts, hosted video and the AI assistant quota with its renewal date. You are warned at 80% and 100% of the AI quota; at 100%, new generations pause until the monthly renewal.

Set up your site

This list adapts to what you sell and ticks itself off when a task is done. Each open task has a Set up button. For example:

• write your legal pages (legal notice, privacy policy, terms of sale if you sell);
• connect your payment account;
• set up shipping if you sell physical products;
• finish setting up your appointments or add the file of your digital products;
• and, last, put your site online.

The “Going further” part suggests optional improvements, such as adding images or connecting your domain name.

Collaborators don't see the plan card or this list: they are for the project owner only.
